Professional Polishing

Restore your shine. The right way.

Even if you wash your car regularly, over time the paint can start to look tired — swirl marks, haze, light scratches, dullness in the color. That’s where polishing comes in.

Polishing is more than just making your car shiny. It’s a technical process that gently removes a thin layer of clear coat to correct surface imperfections like swirl marks, oxidation, and micro-scratches. When done right, it can make your paint look dramatically better — deeper, glossier, and more reflective.

At Bio Car Care, we don’t rush it. Every polishing job starts with a full decontamination wash, and if needed, clay bar treatment. From there, we assess your car’s paint and choose the right approach:

  • One-step polish — for newer or lightly used cars with minimal defects. It improves gloss and removes light swirls in a single pass.
  • Two-step polish — for older or more worn finishes. First, we use a stronger compound to cut through deeper defects. Then we refine it with a second, softer polish to restore clarity and depth.

We use professional-grade tools and products, and we take the time to mask off trims, badges, and edges — the details that separate good work from lazy shortcuts.

Common paint issues polishing helps correct:

  • Swirl marks from washing and automatic car washes
  • Light scratches in the clear coat
  • Oxidation and faded paint
  • “Spider web” effects in sunlight
  • Paint transfer from bumping another object

Polishing is also the ideal prep step before applying a ceramic coating or wax — because it reveals a clean, corrected surface underneath.

Keep in mind: polishing isn’t something you do often. Because it removes a small layer of clear coat, it should only be done when needed — and always by someone who knows what they’re doing.

We bring that expertise to you, right in your driveway.
